Meditation Boosts

Aside from Acupuncture, I’m also a spiritual practitioner. I’ve trained in various meditations for over 19 years. I’d say it took me over 10 years to find ONE object that I can focus on. The following 9 years, i’ve been building on a solid meditation practice- meaning – i’m still meditating on the same object but adding more depth to it and break to other meditations. Let’s say, our minds are in constant flux & flow with the daily appearances that arise in our life. My goal in guiding #meditations is to help you become more aware of the subtler levels of your mind or #subconscious levels. We will tap into these levels and perhaps look and identify with patterns of #disharmony that can be obstacles or barriers to fulfilling your #life path. Perhaps, these patterns can be intimate relationships, or finance or fear or stress or to be more happy or ? As we dive into meditations, we will discuss spiritual tools we can use that offers you #freedom and blossoms you into your potential..
