~What is Meditation? Why we need Meditation? How to Meditate?
On Mondays I will give a 15-20 minute talk on What is Meditation, followed by a guided Meditation and Q & A.
These Meditations are focused on Buddhist perspective, all are welcomed! Each week we enter a journey that will help you develop more clarity of your thoughts, self and the world we perceive. $45 for the series or $15 each
We will be seated on chairs ~ dress casual/work. (Minimum of 4 people to meet rental fee)
