About

About

This practice weaves classical acupuncture, nervous system regulation, and ritual into a grounded, trauma‑sensitive space. With over ten years of experience in acupuncture medicine and advanced training across multiple disciplines, my deepest wish is to help people grow—supporting you as you heal, transform, and return to yourself. Here in New York, you are invited to soften, reset, and remember your body’s own rhythm for healing.

A calm, minimal image symbolizing alignment and integration of body, mind, and spirit for an acupuncture and holistic healing practice—soft natural light, subtle organic textures, maybe a gently curving line or stones balanced in a simple, modern, non-cheesy style. No faces, no needles in skin, just an evocative sense of grounded wholeness.
A symbolic, non-literal image representing healing from burnout: a calm, softly lit scene with warm tones, perhaps a cup of tea, an open journal, and a small plant on a simple wooden surface. The feeling is exhale, nervous system regulation, rest, and gentle recovery—no people, no screens, no clutter. Modern, minimal, and in a style that pairs well with the existing About image on the page.

Meet the Heart Behind This

My whole journey as a healer is about aligning and integrating body, mind, and spirit. I didn’t come to this work from theory, but from lived experience. I reached acupuncture and holistic medicine because of my own burnout, my son’s illness, and my father’s terminal cancer. As a family, we turned to acupuncture as part of our care, and I watched how it supported us through some of the hardest seasons of our lives. Because of this, I believe deeply in holistic healing—not as an abstract idea, but as something that helped my own body and my family find our way back to balance. The work I do now is rooted in that gratitude: that we can heal, grow, and come into a more integrated, aligned way of being.
